Carboxymethyl Cellulose (High Purity Grade / Food Grade) is widely used in drinks, milk products, flouring products and seasoning. It has functions as a toughener, stabilizer, thickener, water maintainer and emulsifier for various food applications. This product thickens and stabilizes a lot of foods by retaining moisture, keeping oil and water phased ingredients don’t separate and produces a consistent texture and so on. Carboxymethyl Cellulose (food grade) has a minimum purity of 99.5% and a moisture content of less than 10%.
