    Silane coupling agents are silicon-based chemicals that contain two types of reactivity (inorganic and organic) in the same molecule. As a mechanism to improve the treatment of fiberglass in the manufacture of composite materials, improve the mechanical properties of dry and wet states, stabilise the electrical properties, and increase the elasticity and strength, silane coupling agents are widely used to form a chemical bond between the surface of the fiberglass and the polymer.

    At All Chemical, we recommend the use of the following silane coupling agents as an alternative to improve the performance and properties of the fiberglass, improve mechanical and electrical properties and promote bonding between inorganic materials and polymer substrates.
