Monosodium phosphate (MSP) is a food grade white powder that stabilizes and corrects the pH of several dairy products. Considered as a multifunctional ingredient, MSP is widely used as an acid regulator, sequestrant and nutrient supplement in food. This product is easily soluble in water.

Monosodium phosphate can be used in food, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, metal clean, water treatment (corrosion control), aquaculture, and etc. For instance, MSP can be used for stabilization and correction of pH in soups, juices, and dairy products.
