Monopotassium Phosphate (Food Grade), also known as Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (MKP) is a white crystalline powder commonly used as a buffer, sequestrant and nutrient supplement in food such as energy beverages, coffee creamers, processed cheese, and low-sodium products.

Also, MKP can be used in food, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and chemical industry. One of its more common uses is as a high efficient water-soluble fertilizer of phosphate-potassium for plants.
