Mixed Dibasic Ester / Dimethyl Succinate is a fatty acid methyl ester.  Mixed Dibasic Ester / Dimethyl Succinate is a refined mixture of dimethyl esters of adipic, glutaric and succinic acids. It is a liquid non-flammable, readily biodegradable and non-corrosive with mild fruity odour. It is readily soluble in alcohols, ketones, ethers, and many hydrocarbons, but only slightly soluble in water and higher paraffins.

Applications include the following: Solvents in can/coil, waterborne, magnet wire and automotive coatings.

Industrial cleaners, paint removers, foundry core binders, printing inks, textile, lubricants, urethane reaction solvents, peroxide solvents and chemical grouting/soil stabilization.  Mixed Dibasic Ester / Dimethyl Succinate may be used at 100 percent strength or mixed with other chemicals. One additive is NMP (n-methyl pyrollidone).
