Dipotassium phosphate (DKP) or Dipotassium Hydrogen Orthophosphate or Potassium Phosphate Dibasic is a white water soluble inorganic solid powder compound with the formula K2HPO4.. It is used as a food additive and in dry powder beverages, mineral supplements, and starter cultures. It functions as an emulsifier, stabilizer and texturizer. It is also used as a buffering agent, and chelating agent especially for calcium in milk products. One of its more common uses is as a highly efficient water-soluble fertilizer of phosphate-potassium for plants.

As a food additive, dipotassium phosphate is generally recognized as safe by the United States Food and Drug Administration.
